Arun is an acclaimed writer, filmmaker, media mentor, and international journalist who has crafted many short films, TV series, thousands of digital videos, and dozens of ads, corporate/documentary films. Arun has traversed the world and has trained over 1500 TV and TV creative professionals in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Arun’s literary prowess is evident in his four books, including a novel and a collection of short stories published by Penguin. Multilingual Arun writes in English and Hindi and fluently speaks Urdu as well.
Arun hails from the cultural and literary city of Lucknow and has worked at the BBC in London and Star TV in India. He has also spoken as a specialist, panellist, or member of the jury at forums like the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), Culture Summit at Nehru Centre UK, Majaz Foundation UK, World Hindi Summit, Digital Matters Singapore, Lucknow Youth Festival, Indian Institute of Mass Communication, and many more.
